After version 2008-05-05, I found not being able to delete media file via the media manager.  After clicking the delete icon and confirming my deletion to the pop window, the file still stayed there.  Recently, I found the issue was tracked as FS#1582 and was closed at 5 Feb 2009.  Hence, I downloaded version 2009-02-14 and found the problem seemed still there.  Further testing showed that the media file could not be deleted because there was other pages referring to the file.  Under this situation, version 2008-05-05 showed a clear message on top left hand corner of the screen indicating the file has not be deleted because it is still being used by other page.  For version 2009-02-14, only the file name was showed in the message area and hence giving an illusion that the file has been deleted.  I also noticed another different behaviour.  Upon clicking an attached pdf file, the new version displayed the pdf file immediately within the browser while the old version prompted me via pop up window whether to save the pdf file or to display it using the external pdf reader application.  In the new version case, my browser occasionally hanged after I clicked the pdf file while there was no such problem in the old version.  Most often, the big pdf file would hang the browser in the new version while small file did not.  I am using Firefox 3.0.4 and IE 6.0.29 for testing.
